Highlands Kids - Faith Factory
Help create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids can discover Jesus and grow in their faith.

Middle School & High School - Refuge Youth
Invest in students through relationships, encouragement, and discipleship during an important season of their lives. Walk alongside students as they grow in their relationship with Jesus, build community, and discover their purpose.

Young Adults - The Collective

Help create a welcoming community where young adults ages 18–29 can build meaningful relationships, grow in their faith, and follow Jesus together.

Worship Team
Use your musical gifts to help create environments where people can encounter the presence of God.

Serve behind the scenes through audio, lighting, cameras, screens, and technology that help make our services possible.

Creative Team

Use your creative gifts to help tell the story of what God is doing at The Highlands through photography, video, and social media. Whether you’re capturing meaningful moments, creating engaging content, or helping share what’s happening, you can use your creativity to help people see and experience the life of our church.

Come alongside people in prayer and help create space for encouragement, hope, and ministry.

Campus Setup Crew
Help prepare and reset spaces for weekend services, special events, and other gatherings across our campus.
